Thats not really end game, you already did all that stuff 100 times to hit level 100. I give you credit for the Uber Lilith kill.
How about, End game being playing something else other than meta? ![]()
You will say…waste your time is end game now in blizzard games? gg^^
Well, Gaming is a past-time, So either way, if ur rushing for levels solely, or playing differently, the end results, you’re spending time ![]()
That doesn’t mean you have to play a skill or build where Blizzard didn’t manage to incorporate class balance before release.
If they are not able to test the dmg against dummies beforehand, they might not be able to include content for the endgame either…
And as the state is, for that you only have to play it to lvl100…
I think people need to accept that if you’ve ground out to the gear cap and hit level 100, you’re done.
People want games to last forever these days, but that isn’t realistic. You’re going to hit an endpoint in almost every game when you play one character, and even if you don’t, you’re going to get tired of it.
OP is right, there is an endgame, and the replies I see here are proving their point of the fact that you just don’t like it, not that it doesn’t exist.
Well, there’s different goals to be honest ![]()
And there’s still plenty to be done for me , Looking for max rolled powers
Looking for a 25% lucky hit Cowl of the Nameless ![]()
Today, I plan to try sacrificing a bit of dps, to try that power, that have a chance to spread the crowd control ![]()
good luck the next 10 days…
10 days left and I can tell you what I will do with non season chars—>never log in again and if I need char slots, because they maybe do not give us more…I will delete it…
That sounds risky =o
When they drop an expansion to level 200 , you might cry ![]()
But hey, Im just trying to master a whole class here
I havent got much time to try different things yet
I might try a double imbuement today too
never played any non season char again…in all the diablo games…
Best gear on the season chars…who cares…nobody need it anymore.
Each new content will released with a new season or DLC!
yea i had that discussion recently, where someone said diablo 2s endgame is like super awesome. yeaaaaa. selling SoJs in a group, IP hunting and farming torches… damn what an endgame ^^
No worries, I played the franchise from the first title, though I really started to waste a lot of time in D3 and then in D2R. I’m also aware that we are just at the start of probably a decade long journey, similar to D3 which also introduced powercreep down the line.
But still, they could have taken the good parts of both D2 and D3. Limited inventory space isn’t fun in a game that caters around looting stuff as is limiting respecs and tinkering with various specs. D2 had the advantage of mods that basically gave you almost infinite amount of storage space, even when only used in solo mode. D3 later on introduced additional tabs with seasons and the like but still, S1 doesn’t add anything here and yet adds further gems that probably fill precious inventory/stash space. I can understand the inventory limitations in a game like D2 in online mode as network bandwidth and db storage was way more scarce than it is today. From a today’s standpoint there is no reason IMO to limit it that way. If so they should have done one shared tab and 3 char-specific tabs or something like that to allow people with multiple leveled characters to actually use their toon instead of having 10 inventory extensions that need to get ripped once season starts.
Blizzard just does not know how to build a storage/inventory system in games of 2023…they think they still run on mule chars like 20 years ago, which you can then delete every time because you have no more char slots…welcome to 2023
Do you “need” to get level 100?
I think I remember seeing that references to WT5 are in the game files. Not sure why that isn’t in the game at launch. Do we know if S1 patch brings WT5?
all you said is content for 2 weeks. This is rly bad content becouse we dont get any revard for this. No interesting uniques. Some of them are not accesable for normal players and exist only for youtubers who can make video about someone who droped grandfather and sold account for 20k$.
I guess you haven’t played many games, especially aRPGS and MMos to understand what end-game is, Diablo IVs endgame is non-existent and what it has to offer for any post campaign content, because thats what it is -its not endgame, its post campaign content is lazy, repetitive and unrewarding least of all, fun.
The pinnacle boss fights are another prime example of catering to <1% of the playerbase and it’ll bite them in the butt come S1, when the floodgates open of normal players not being able to beat any of these pinnacle boss fights - whilst youtubers and influencers who get boosted throughout the process have a chance to beat them, produce content in attempts to sway other players.
Basically, lets just call Blizz out now for allowing all the influencers basically freedom to exploit, cheat and whatever, in exchange for basically free advertising and to drive exposure because its not like this never happens right? This is a known issue, but irrelevant to this discussion.
Yeah it is, you don’t know what end game means. -10/10
the endgame is collecting trash from dungeons to take to the vendor
600 item power garbage dropping from tier 100 ![]()
The point you pulled out of your ***? That one?
OP, you are a voice for 28 other like-minded fools who agreed on a hopelessly flawed concusion. The next poster rebutted your BS so hard, it’s like he slapped you in the face with his giant flesh sword of a brain.
You should be embarrassed. Quite pathetic.
