Hello good evening, we can’t seem to enter the stockades dungeon (torment 2, no nightmare key). We are playing as eternal characters and we already finished the campaign, but there is a non clickable iron gate blocking this dungeon. We also can’t go around it to find another entrance, because there is rubble on the road to the east. It’s our only incomplete dungeon in Scosglen and it’s frustrating to not be able to do it

I have the same issue. Eternal realm and the gate in Cerrigar that leads to Stockades is locked and cannot be opened. This gate is locked for all of my eternal characters, even with the campaign completed. It’s not locked in seasonal realm where I have one character at 18 level currently (skipped campaign and Vessel of Hatred questline).
Moreover, I have some characters in Cerrigar duplicated like Guard Dalen or Chieftain Crannoch. Clicking on them shows dialogue options that say something like: !!Missing!! - 1013584:MenuLabel
Clearly Cerrigar is corrupted on eternal realm. I did verify game files but no repairs were made, nothing got detected.
Stockades is also the last dungeon I have to do in Scosglen on the first character I played the game with. I really wanted to 100% everything at least with this one character and at the moment it’s not possible.
If only there was a nightmare sigil available for Stockades…
hey thanks for replying! i hope this does not go unnoticed so we can 100% the dungeons. And yeah I was going to report the “missing” dialogue and duped NPCs but somebody already posted it so I left a reply there Dialogue with NPC's in Cerrigar Have Missing Labels
I’m having the same issue. I have a level 180 paragon character on eternal and have finished the campaign. We are level 3 torment as well. I can’t get into the dungeon, there are gates but they are unclickable and we can’t access the dungeon. Has anyone found a fix for this one yet?
I have same problem in the game. Finished main story and DLC story but can’t reach Stockades dungeon. I hope will be fix soon.

Same issue. The only dungeon on my Paragon 235 eternal character that I’m trying to max completion achievements for… I cannot access the Stockades due to the metal gates.
I’m also seeing DUPLICATE Guard Dalens’:

I’ve restarted 3 times, no resolution yet.
same issue ( dialogues, duplicate NPC and Stockades inaccessible) on a new character and with old characters (main campain an voh campain completed) on the eternal realm
have to add : can’t get the “lorebook / audio note” in Luban’s rest Dungeon
even after counteless of tries (got all of them in the over dungeons on elite / strewn books / skelton remains or corpse)
it might be in one of the several “Bandit corpse” ? but it don’t drop

I have encountered the same issue. NPCs in Cerrigar also are duplicated and have this missing menu label text.
Same issue stockade dungeon entrace is locked?
The issue is still present even after yesterday’s (29.7.) update 
I was hoping last patch would solve it what a bummer

Looks like they are not in a rush to fix this. Having the same issue - entrance to the dungeon blocked by a gate.
I just wanted to add, that I am experiencing the same issue on my latest character.
Hope this gets a fix soon.

Same issue here. also the road on the east is blocked by a wooden gate, idk if it’s intended or not
