Still RAMPANT DISCONNECTION when teleporting back to town

I just replied to the following thread.

Im freaking getting tired of this mini disconnection ON TELEPORT Technical Support

Why would DNS effect teleporting to town? Just curious, this is my first time to the forum because I didn’t want any spoilers build min/max ect ect. But I crash to launcher ALOT. So back to DNS, when you teleport does the system change a server you may be connected to? or an instance? I have teleported to town to empty stash, re-entered portal to retrieve items on ground ( which were there) with respawn mobs there. So I don’t think DNS is an issue while teleporting. I have lost a tree of whisp…
