I have a maximum level Sticker-Thought Aspect in my Codex (16/16). It should give you 11,491 Thorns if you imprint it on a gear. However if you imprint this Aspect on a Glove, you only get 9,823 Thorns.
You only get this reduced Thorns if you imprint it on a Glove. You get the correct Thorns if you imprint it on any other gear. I did report this bug to Blizzard.
