Stagger mechanic in the pits

Why on earth shadow bosses in the pit don’t disappear the moment the boss is staggered?
Some builds rely on stagger window do deal damage, and I often find myself wasting a lot of time running away from shadow boss/bosses attacks during stagger window, because they don’t despawn (and they should, imo).

Opinions?

i agree that they should despawn on stagger. I mean, they dont spawn during the stagger, which is nice. but yea, thats for sure an adjustment id love to see.

I mean… the bosses target the circle mechanic at your character. If you stagger them, no circles during it. Unless they cast it before the stagger goes out. Then the mechanic executes because it was already triggered. Honestly, I don’t see an issue with this behavior.

Agree, I think if staggering the pit boss stopped all shadow attacks we’d see less complaints about the bosses. It’s not the worse thing but it very annoying and I can only imagine it being worse the higher tiers you climb.

Got a good one @OP, pretty much the one thing I could see improve the gameplay experience at the Bosses tbh :+1:

is a disaster design. I got even 2 echo bosses in same time…

I m opinion don’t changes…
Lack of creativity coming from this D4 dev team leads to such stupid ideas…

100% agree since these shadows are boss mechanics and shouldn’t appear while the boss, who is the reason for these mechanics, is staggered.
it just makes no sense at all.

this is like having an argument with your girlfriend/wife and after going to sleep, she catches you in your nightmares and starts to argue over the same thing you’ve argued before, while sleeping!
(and yes, these things can happen. I‘m the living proof for that!)

Sucks, sure. Just have to time the stagger after a shadow boss.
