When using my ultimate (hunter) in the appropriate matter,
sometimes it doesn’t refresh the charges for my ‘razor wing’ potency.
(Intricacy at level 3, claims to refresh 3 charges after using an ultimate.)
It generally happens in high stress areas?
Maybe it has something to do with latency.
Also, I am running ‘Prodigy’s Tempo’ key-passive
and have a tendency to hold-down the generator basic-attack while spamming.
(Using withering fist, basic-attack.)
… If that has anything to do with it.
