[Spiritborn] Aspect of Sky Power bugged. Mystic circles don't move with me

Aspect of Sky Power: Casting Eagle skill in Mystic Circles empower them to move with you.

I imprinted this aspect on boots and cast Quill Volley but the mystic circles don’t move with me.

They will move with you when you Evade.
