Spell effect customization would be an excellent addition to D4 to customize your character further. WoW already has something similar in production with their glyph system and some in-game questlines like the “Warlock Green Fire Questline.”

PoE also has this feature in production. Unfortunately, it is only available through their in-game cash shop. Instead of the in-game cash shop, D4 could leverage questlines to unlock those effects.

Right now, we can only customize our characters through the wardrobe system. While this is a great way to customize your character in town, characters of the same class look the same when using their abilities outside of town.

For example, ball lightning sorcerers all look the same in the wild since we can barely see their characters when they are in action.

Any thoughts on this?

I’d go for a “of the Black Harvest” title challenge in Diablo.

That crap kicked my butt all over Azeroth and I never even came close if I’m being honest.

I eventually got the green fire but it’s the title that was the draw more than anything.

I love the idea though, more pretty is always cool, sadly this Diablo team just isn’t built like that, they are still playing catch up from launch. Maybe throw it into the pile of asks for the campfire chat, it can’t hurt.
