Speed of initialization and downloading during any updating,

Slow download? slow download?

I can download from STEAM at 48 MB/s. with blizzards launcher i can only download at maybe 5 MB/s. Why?

This workaround should fix your problems.

What's with the slow download speed?

Blizzard Launcher → Open Settings → Downloads → Check Limit Network Bandwith for Latest Updates and Pre-release content and enter 999999999 I know how stupid that sounds but it worked for me.
