With the teleport rune now any class can get decent mobility and pretty easy to cap too, i already have 200% on nec (That is known for being slow af) if you cap move speed and use teleport rune you’re basically gonna fly around (Maybe not as much as that bug exploiting sb evade…thing…but still)
