If you have not finished the vessel of hatred campaign during season 10, you can not unlock the undercity anymore, as the campaign does not give you that quest anymore, hence you can’t finish the act 7 anymore, as Shiek is not available. This means undercity is not available either which completely blocks Torment. Needs fixing asap.

I’ve managed to unlock Torment by doing the 2nd capstone dungeon and then that unlocked the Pit.
However, I am still unable to complete the seasonal level 1 things as Kurast Undercity is still unavailable.
Q: Did you buy the Vessel of Hatred expansion previously? or get it bundled wwith this expansion?
Bought VoH previously. just a few weeks before season 10 end.
