crackling energy restores like 12 mana.
a level 34/35 ball lightning with ring of starless skies + advanced techniques = > 275 mana per ball lightning. (more with crown of lucion probably)
you will need to be picking up 20 crackling energy per quarter of a second (4 attack per second), which you know does not exist.
blizzard gives 1 point of mana regeneration per 20 mana resource. with mana shield I get 9540 resource. =477 mana regeneration per second.
so in otherwords, something is wrong with your build if you depend on crackling energy
Sheer ignorance. Mana is but a small part of this. Check out āChargedā glyph and āLightning Spearā enchant. Clueless posts like yours really grate.
