When u equip new unqiue Orsivane then counter for attacks reduce evade cooldown does NOT work. Even if u equip teleport enchantment in bar, only works when putting skill on action bar but who wants that? Anyone have a fix? Blizzard Fix!!!
For me “attacks reduce evades cooldown” is not working if i have the “Teleport” enchantment equipped. What weapon i use does not matter..
Ya mine doesn’t work period unless have it on action bar, but at that point it’s pointless as I want the damage buff
Came here hoping I was doing something wrong, left knowing I am not the only one. My cooldown on evade only works if I have TP on my bar?
The teleport enchantment as been reworked, now it can’t be reduced but has only 5 seconds (and not 17 like in the past)
so the reduce evade attacks does not work period with the weapon equipped. the only way it works is if u unequip weapon so its not the teleport cooldown itself. was hoping they would actually read the bugs and come out with a fix but all they did was fix flame shield enchantment lmao
anyone have a real fix? like so I don’t have to take off weapon? or lose damage by equipping a defensive skill?
