Sooo.. What do we do now?

I mean now that T4 can be passively blasted with ease by the new class yeah it is a class balance issue. It shouldn’t have been but… I also dont see how it would feel any different for SBs though with how overpowered they are. They handle T4 the same as T1 for anyone else. The tier progression and power creep for a normal/mid powered class actually feel really really good right now across the tiers.

Have you reached Paragon 300 yet? Have you made a build that doesn’t follow the meta? If yes, then probably there’s nothing much to do.

Did you get all Citadel cosmetics? If so, you’re extremely lucky.

probably lurking like me, I havent bought the xpac yet. Not sure if Iggi did but i think they said they were going to get it someday, i keep saying i will but not today.

Looking at the hotfixes and updates it might be sooner for me to get it then later

Game is designed badly, it is done in a way to keep players busy as opposed to have them being engaged with the game (and it being fun in that way)

YEP, the entire premise of “having something to do” is what is wrong though

The correct statement is (or at least should be): nothing happens

Or more specifically yes - nothing out of the ordinary happens

That is the mother of all screwups - the game should not be a list of “TO DOs”, the more people complain about “nothing to do” the devs be like - ok here are more “TODOs” have a nice day

It’s like a repetitive uninspiring labor, THAT is the problem

Length is not the issue, the quality of gameplay (or lack thereof) is

Which is why I’ve been calling it the spiritboring.

Lol I’ve heard spirit boomer but spirit bored is also fairly spot on. I dunno it was cool, but then fairly pointless pretty quickly. Like there is no challenge with the class in the beginning or the end.

Part of the reason I enjoyed the Sorc play through was the struggle to get to T4. I would like to do the same thing with another class but it’s honestly just too exhausting to farm the mats right now. Usually I’ll do a playthrough of 3 or 4 classes but it’s just far too much of a slog to roll gear.

Well yeah and it’s an easy fix.

They need bosses to work towards that you can only kill in Torment 4 similar to POE Uber Bosses that drop unique loot.

Also, loot/transmog stuff at higher tiers in the pit to make it worth climbing the ladder.

Right now there’s just no reason to go past torment 1 since you can get everything in T1 that you can get in T4.

He is on my friends list I usually see him logged in to the game. Maybe he does not want to deal with all of the complainers, crybabies, haters and know-it-alls who have jumped on the forum in the last 2 weeks.

Yep. This is what Blizzard gets. Players quitting en masse. SB getting bored. Normal players getting fed up with the BS. Your entire player community thanks you Blizzard. For being a bunch of dicks.

That is the thing though, to most people the grind to 300 paragon is useless. You obtain so much power before that it makes it almost pointless to grind from a need standpoint. It took me maybe 30 mins to find all the tenents, the story felt short and cut off. I felt baited out of my money for what the story gave us. Just another cliff hanger to sell us another expansion. Going to not pre-order next expansion and wait for a sale if this is the content they plan to give us.

Fight armored pack of enemies.

Continue 20 yards fight armored elite pack.

Continue 20 yards fight armored pack of enemies.

Continue 20 yards armored elite pack.

Fight copy and pasted boss that has no mechanics.

Get more power to increase difficulty to do the same exact thing in the same exact places.

What an awesome game!

Common sentiment among those playing the busted SB builds. I say run another class or use a build that doesn’t rely on the Kepeleke, Interdiction, etc. meta. The pace of the game is actually quite good right now if you play an A tier build instead of the S tier builds. :v:

Tried out other builds? Other builds to do the exact same thing?

That’s because all the “thrill” in the game comes from time attack challenges

The problem with that (as mentioned before) is turning the game even into a “winner takes all” design - i.e. doubling down on winning despite being ultimately much worse when failing to achieve it

What do we do now?

We go ride out into the Helltide and push back the Hordes…

FOR ROHAN!

If you are asking these kind of questions then it’s time to move on to another game. Sounds like you are done with the season.

I agree. Honestly, if you take Spiritborn out of the equation, I feel like the other classes are in a good spot—especially if Pit had stayed capped at level 100 like they originally planned for the expansion. Of course, some builds still need tweaks. But I’m glad my friends are enjoying their Spiritborns. One season ever they have to carry my Rogue. :innocent:

Do your lives seriously revolve around Diablo?

People complain about everything that sucks. Video games included. Nerf Spiritborn.
