FYI it’s the Essence Glyph I have 5 x Dexterity around it and it says 4% each.
Guess its 3.95% rounded up
It shows 4%, but in reality is nearer to 3.96%. I think the precision is even longer, making calculations to the 4th or 5th decimal.
I know because I’ve been dabbling with a lot of maths from the game as of late.
