Something had to change guys. Every single build was just get armor, dmg resists, crit dmg, and vuln dmg. They had to nerf it again. I dont think they did the best job on how they changed it but I couldnt come up with anything better yet so…
Part of the reason sorc was weaker as sorc has no easy way to apply vuln constantly like druid with super op exploit glyph.
