If I understand it correctly, Crit and Vuln now have fixed multiplicative bonuses (50 and 20), while stats like Critical Strike Damage and Damage to Vulnerable now stack additively with all other +Damage stats. I think what that means is that your build will still want to be Critting Vulnerable enemies as much as possible, because more multipliers is better, but the Crit Dmg and Vuln Dmg stats aren’t super-premium like they were before, and are now instead worth pretty much the same as any other +Dmg stat. So in terms of itemization, you’d want whichever +Dmg stats you can get the highest numbers on as well as reliably meet the criteria, rather than just wanting crit and vuln every time. That’s definitely something.
