So did y’all completely take away legendary drops??? This doesn’t make sense how are you supposed to get powers with no powers at dungeons, no legendary drops from things, even my whisper cashes was a great item cash had NO LEGENDARY WTF!!! DO YALL EVEN TEST CONSOLE???
