Hi, casual wow player with 16 years experience. The only reason I stuck with it that long was that it catered to me more than literally any other mmo. And the only reason I gave it up to switch to this is that they made it more difficult for me to find compelling casual content throughout the week. Meanwhile hardcore mythic+ players have plenty of content, but all me and mine are gone so what’s left?
I’ll stick with this if it makes things smooth and easy, and even moreso if I can play how I want instead of following a meta. Having a blast with a split shadow dot/minion build, no one on the internet seems to care for it but I just killed the butcher at level 42 and I barely take damage as I melt everything in the room. Oh noes maybe a couple seconds slower than bonespear? I could care less. The instant I see friction I’m off to something else.
Remember this: when I start to suck I just reroll. I never “get good.” I just reroll. I’ve been losing at magic the gathering for 30 friggin years you actually think I get off by how well I do at a game? Ah hah ahahah ahaha.
