Why are we going to Skovos and not getting the amazon that seems weird to me.

Maybe another xpac, I hear rumors that there may be a few in the future. (after all, there’s $$$ to be made)

There will near-definitely be Amazon NPCs (even beyond the “Amazon Queen”). I would have liked to see something like an Amazon playable character as well so we could have Lightning Fury in D4, but this doesn’t mean that can’t ever happen, just that it’s not happening in this expansion.

I think Amazon will eventually be a mercenary. Might even be a surprise merc drop on expansion start.

I dont think it will ever be a hero you can play.

Real talk, we’re not getting the Amazon because it’s a dex based class. We have two already. We might get one as a mercenary though.

Blizzard would have to be convinced players don’t mind a gender locked class. There will be no male Amazons. If Amazon came out as a gender locked class would any of you guys ruin it by protesting? Thus getting the class cancelled because you couldn’t create a Manmazon that would do cartwheels around in his little Mankini? Would you? You selfish little…

Eh they could do like the did the sorceress, just call them the male version since male terms are “neutral” terms afters all. :man_shrugging:

Oh, there will be a few of them scattered around the place. Not as a playable class though. Think how Blizzard handled the Crusaders in VoH. I suspect we get a repeat of that solution in LoH.

Im still waiting for Monks so we can group synergies and buffs for content, since they are so serious about adding D3 content, may as well add it all! I miss my Monk tank!

I think the Amazon archtype is too close to the Rouge.
Maybe the spear and shield is the only fitting build so there’s still hope.

That would hardly be an issue. Females would be Amazons and males could be called something else
