This is regarding a bug where your character gets stuck at the beginning of a Slaughterhouse Dungeon as the Butcher. You character gets stuck immediatly upon entering.
I found that dismissing my necromancer minions solved the issue. Hoping this helps others.
I have this same problem. Yes, removing Minion skill solves the problem but shall we do this every single time we play slaughterhouse?

I wondered what I was doing wrong. now I know - I can only assume a patch is coming to fix this oversight.
you can also use the charge that the butcher has. on Xbox controller it is the Y button. spamming it allows you to get out of the entry, and then the dungeon works like normal.
I was able to do it normally at first, but after some levels it started to get me stuck in the entrance.
I had a different “stuck” problem. The final mobs Veteran Wanderers were stuck on top of the house in Kyovashad so i couldn’t finish it. I tried porting, hooking and runing away and they were still stuck.
