Further reporting that the skovos sojourner trophy is bugged and unobtainable still, despite patches/ no mention on future patch updates.

Same here. Wife and me not able to get the achievement or trophy.
Had all areas discovered in S13.
There is a âdo it yourselfâ fix, but unfortunately you will need to create a character in a different âcategoryâ. So if youâve completed all you could on softcore, you will need to create a character on hardcore, as all progression from the two categories are separated from each other.
Also, unfortunately, you will need to play through the game on hardcore to reach Torment difficulty and obtain a Trace of Echoes to activate a side quest that will uncover your final section on the map, which will be directly above Mephistoâs Capstone.
If you have already gone through and completed your renown on both softcore and hardcore, you will need to wait for Blizzard to patch the progression bug tied to the patch that reduced the areas discovered from what used to be 67 down to now 65.
