I have collected (seen) all areas (65/65) in Skovos, but I have not gotten the trophy (on the PS5)

Same for me on Xbox One.
The only known workaround at this point is to run through the campaign in HC and explore everywhere in the process.
If one already had it all explored in HC and SC before S14, then it’s just a matter of waiting until it’s fixed.

And what is ‘waiting till they fix’? - I am curious how this can be fixed

I’m not sure what you are asking.
It’s a bug in the code. When Bliz gets around to fixing it, they will change the code to allow it to work.

Yes, they fix it so that, when other people complete all areas that they get the trophy - but, my game will not trigger this event anymore because I already have all areas. And thus, I wonder how they will fix it so that I will receive the trophy.
