Many members of my clan are not able to purchase from the shop or claim the limited time rewards… Apparently this is an ongoing issue for A LOT of members in the Diablo Community. Just bringing it to your attention!

I had the same issue. Try restarting the game and wait in the shop’s loading menu, even if it is telling you it has trouble loading up, as long as it still is showing up the loading icon. After about 1 minute the store finished loading up for me.
