Necro skill Shadowblight.
Is the buff icon for Shadowblight bugged or does it just not proc from “shadow damage” like the description says?
I’m not seeing stacks of Shadowblight, using decompose and sever on training dummy.

Not working for me. Using bone storm with ultimate shadow aspect and not proccing. Was before, but stopped working.
