so seems the barber heart isnt working now and we either were hit with a shadow nerf or they borked it with there elite coding

No information, but it’s not proc’ing off kills anymore and it magically has an ICD.

This raises my hopes and expectations for the following immensely!
Changes to the functionality of status effects such as Vulnerable, Overpower, Critical Strike Damage and also Elemental Resistances.
What could go wrong?

I was just coming to the forum to ask the same question, my damage has dropped massively over night and I haven’t changed a thing.

I would go out in left field and say the barber wasn’t too strong, just the other stuff was too weak. None of the other hearts were fun. They should take the feedback that the barber was fun and buff the other stuff up to it’s level.

They really know how to destroy their playerbase, lvl 100 and my build is getting rekt on higher teir dungeons since the damn thing dont proc anymore.

yea i think this change really hurts barb and sorcs mainly, but whats new blizzard been crapping on those classes

What they mean is those stats will be further nerfed until nobody wants them anymore.

They just released a post addressing the bug. It’s being looked into. It should work again by October 16th.

No notes on a change like this is a problem. Pretty sure it’s a bug. If it isn’t then poor form from Blizzard.
