Hoping another thread on this will get Blizzards attention since they haven’t acknowledged any of the other ones so far. This game is unplayable right now.

I am in the same boat. I just recently got the game, and I can barely get past the first few quests without just quitting due to announce of the game freezing every other second. I have literally tried lowering graphics, uninstalling and reinstalling, and looking over my internet connections. Nothing seems to help at all. It persists.
Is this an ongoing issue with D4?

I came here trying to make a bug report. It has been so bad today i can hardly do anything. It was just the new world boss causing me to rubber band & freeze every 2 seconds, but then it started doing it everywhere! 
please fix.
