I noticed a few days ago that my whirlwind barb didn’t seem to be as strong as it used to be, and just today noticed that when I leave town I lose 50% attack speed versus the casting speed that is supposed to be impacted. Is that a bug?

It is an Attack Speed penalty. Most Barbarian Casts are instant so it is unaffected.
Grow big, move slow. That’s why I use Crucible + Bul Kathos via Diamond Mind and hybrid my build into Summon. Go go fast super fast crazy low cooldowns fast boi.
