Seasonal rewards for Medium rare, Blood meal and Filet-o-Flesh not completing

I have worn all requirements for this seasonal task but the task will not complete. Please help!

It’s bugged just like Mangled message.

Both of these do not complete no matter how many times you do it or on different characters.
