Iād be willing to bet, the people that enjoy seasons, play way more than your average gamer and have a network of friends built around it. Incapable of seeing a world where everyone wins.
Iāve been playing ARPGās since the 90ās. In regards to gaming, technology has come a long way. But Diablo? Itās graphics are superior to the original, but itās gone from a solo / coop dungeon crawler with random loot, to an online only, better if played with friends, zero to one hundred, seasonal perks only, three month resetā¦one choice: play or skip campaign, if you want the good stuff, play seasons, itās over before you know itā¦time sink.
Kids, you can have your cake and eat it too. This game can be great for everyone.

Yes, you are correct in stating I donāt care for this topic. But itās because to me, itās like walking into a bank and asking for a cheeseburger and then getting upset once they repeatedly tell you that they are not a restaurant, have never been one and will never be one.
Might as well ask for Diablo to be a racing sim.
This has been stated over and over by the dev team. Ad nauseam that this is a seasonal game. Their business model for this game is based on it. It was advertised always as seasonal.
But yet you want a cheeseburger.
So I am sorry if I am not conducive to your argument but I do not feel as if I am the one being unreasonable here.

I understand that you donāt like resets but that is the reason I play. I always get excited at the start of a new season with a fresh clean inventory. lol

I havenāt noticed anyone else getting upset except for the passive aggressive complainers who complain about complaining.
No one is expecting the realms to be merged, but this is the way how you get attention these days. Eternal realm could be improved a lot, but most of the time conversations are intentionally derailed by seasonal players.
