Seasonal Journey - Tides of Chaos not progressing

The Chapter 1 Tides of Chaos / Locate and close 6 chaos rifts shows 0/6, even though the Chapter 2 requirement shows I’ve completed 15/20 for the same requirement.

Have tried turning off cross-play and have restarted the game several times but this won’t progress.

Same here. Stuck at 4 of 6 complete. No matter what it wont progress further.
