The map shows that seasonal rank rewards are available to claim, but there’s nothing to claim.
It looks like this happens once rank VII is completed (Defeat a Bloodied Greater Lair Boss in Torment IV in season 12). When the rewards (Gilded Season Rank Laurel and a Resplendent Cache) become available, the message in the map starts showing, but it doesn’t go away once the rewards are claimed.
This has been bugged since the last season. Doubt they will ever fix it.

I posted this because I narrowed the issue to a potential root cause that could help developers pinpoint the location of the bug.
i have 100% complete season objectives and the “Season Rank Rewards Available” message still doesn’t go away

Their games and apps are riddled with bugs that they care nothing about. This is one of them, it doesn’t effect their game but annoys everyone who pays for it. Just like how the season rewards keep getting less and worse. The “new content” is limited to a few lame objectives. Instead of balancing the skills for each class, they nerf good ones and pigeon hole players into builds that simply aren’t enjoyable. And if they get called out on anything, their MVP Troll comes and harasses their player base.
