Im on Ps5, accelerated premium battle pass activeā€¦ but Seasonal Journey is not progressing and I cannot claim rewards from the Battle Pass. :face_with_diagonal_mouth:

Its a small indie company guys, we canā€™t expect things to be working on release anymore, donā€™t be ridiculous!

Same here, no progress getting recorded for any objectives.

Also can not claim any earned rewards from the season journey either, can inspect them but not claim them even when bar is filled for them and on to the next one.

They just started working for me. Just got my first complete. 5pm est 10/17. xbox.

Update. Season journey completions are working for me, not battlepass rewards. That is still not working. Battlepass is logging complete, I just cannot accept my rewards.

This worked for me, YMMV. I went to the main menu at the character select screen and turned off cross chat and cross platform, then went back in and could make progress. It was not retroactive, so I kept my story progress but had to complete all the objectives again.

On PS5 here. Canā€™t find the Hunter Iā€™m supposed to return to after doing that dungeon quest. No marker on map for her.

Tried all the tricks above including turning off xplay modes. Quitting restarting ggame,etc.
So canā€™t progress the season quest line.
Level 15 sorceress. GIving up on the game for now till they fix this garbage.
Way to not bother with PTR Blizzard.

Confirmed turning cross platform off on PS5 worked for me as well. Had to restart my PlayStation for it to take effect, but I was able to start tracking Season Journey progress. After doing a couple of the requirements, some of the other ones I had already done registered and were counted.

Also stopped working for me once I got to chapter 3. The progress stopped so Iā€™m stuck and I tried the trick that was suggested and that did not work. Iā€™d like to hear something from the company as far as the problem goes but Iā€™m not holding my breath!! Lol
