Season 3 Smoldering Ashes missing

I was looking at my battle pass and noticed that I unlocked the rank 18 smoldering ashes. However, I never claimed them (it says that I have claimed them) and I never received them. My Season Blessings shows that I have 1 spent and 0 unspent ashes.

Edit: I forgot to add that rank 18 requires your character to be level 44 to unlock; my barbarian was level 48 when I unlocked it.

Update for anyone experiencing this issue. Apparently, if you refund your ashes, the counter will update with the correct amount and you can then spend all the ashes you have accumulated.

Keep leveling, I had this happen to me on my first char. I think it is supposed to be tied to level but they forgot the graphic that states that. Look at the higher level ones they do say unlock at ##level.

Oh I forgot about that aspect as well. My barb was lvl 48 when I unlocked it, it requires lvl 44. I will update the original post.
