I can confirm the S3 cosmetics are all gone for me. Though they were working in Season 7. But now in Season 8 they are all gone.
I can see the free cosmetics, not the paid ones.
Just did not think this was such an old bug!

Same here, not sure but I think I had everything in S7. Completely lost interest in future purchases if this is how they treat the problem. They know about it but are very very quiet about it.

This is clearly an AI-generated response. What is going on? I’m experiencing the exact same issue, and honestly, it’s unacceptable. As others have pointed out, if this is how customers are treated. Knowing full well that nothing has been done after two months it’s hard to justify spending any more money on this game.

Missing season 3 construct transmogs as of log in. Bought and paid for, wtf is going on. Blizzard fix this asap, trash devs.

dont get me wrong i want d4 a casual friendly game to do well, attract n entertain us casuals for many years to come as they should improve the game ea season as time goes on. adding width to the whole game like infernal hordes, bosses for ubers, simplifying items, etc.
but not when they’re doing a terrible job of serving the majority of us casuals playing a casual game like season 8. much less when they’re scamming us out of microtransactions in an uninspired tedious slag game we paid considerable money for. til then

Me too, I have been trying to see if there’s any response for anyone with this issue, haven’t seen one yet. I also lost the portal skin, the one that looks like a stargate? It seems like everything purchased from Season 3 is gone. If this was intentional, I’ll take a refund.
Oh god is this still not fixed? I know all my s3 armor was missing when I logged in at the start of s7 - it did randomly reappear at some point during the season (albeit with no tooltips). Ridiculous this hasnt been sorted out yet.
Edit: Luckily for me my S3 items do seem to still be there on season/eternal, and the tooltips are fixed now (unlike season 7’s blank tooltips). Only thing I can suggest is just play through season to ~level 10 and then check the wardrobe again (that’s how I managed to get my missing S3 stuff to magically ‘reappear’ last season).

Same problem here. Blizzard is really not serious. Personally, I paid for a service that I no longer have access to and I requested a refund for the battle pass.

It was so weird. I saw someone with the ‘Event Horizon’ portal with the spinning circles from S3 battle pass. I thought it was stealth fixed, but alas all S3 battle pass cosmetics are still missing for me.

Oh, we should all request a refund for this. Maybe then they take us serious.
Because blizzard, as you know - we paid real money for this and you ignore the problem. It does not spark confidence to buy anything more in this game. Wallet CLOSED.
