Season 14 Rank IX rewards marked as claimed but not received

Hello,

I have encountered a bug in Diablo IV Season 14.

After completing Season Rank IX, all rewards are marked as “Claimed”, but I did not receive any of them. None of the Rank IX rewards were added to my account.

I have already tried:

  • Restarting the game.

  • Logging out and back in.

  • Switching to another character and back.

  • Checking my inventory, stash, and all reward tabs.

The issue persists. Could you please investigate my account and grant the missing Season Rank IX rewards?
