I have played s12 ptr without cheats, at paragon 150 I have found about 200 obducite. None drops in nightmare dungeons, none dropped when I did a treasure sigil. No undercity sigils with obducite have dropped.
this needs sorting its ok playing ptr with cheats, but try farming for your obducite.
no obducite = no masterworking so you cant create good gear.
as an aside blood stuff is a complete waste of time as you can’t change aspects.
+1. no obductite - no choice to play different toons/builds. hell, I’m just hands off playing main character, thinking how much time it will take to re-roll stats..
this is really crazy. some events should give it more. MUCH more.

undercity with tribute for .. 200? I have 1 (ONE tribute) when 60/para-200+…

Who ever decided it was a good idea to reduce obductite drops by 95% should be fired. I am level 261 and still don’t have all my gear master worked. Stop listening to streamers they get 90% of their gear donated to them. They also give “free” carries for crafting supplies.
S12 Obducite is trash. Left, Right, Up, Down… trash… have to rely on RNG and 3 specific activities to even HOPE to get a decent amount… sounds “fun”… FFS…
Do nightmare sigil with horadric strong rooms. I got over 1000 doing just 3 runs.
