This isnt for me but for my s/o Danchknbox#1107. For some reason he cant make a topic. He’s gone through the seasonal quests. It says it’s unlocked in viz-Jaq’taar’s offering but its not appearing in his chaos perks.

This has happened to me too, it just skipped unlocking the Alacrity Chaos perk for my Spirtborn on the 7th tier rep track. I am attempting to unlock it with an alt right now. Will let you know if that fixes the bug for me.

Can confirm, using an alt unlocked my missing perk. Still annoying but it only took about an hour solo with no kind of gear to go with.
I have tried using an alt, my main sorc has all the chaos perks onlocked, my secondary druid CANNOT unlock the last chaos perk Savagery. I have run Bartuc over 20 times and I cannot get it. I am in T1, have unlocked all the other unique perks already and still cannot get it.
Anyone got any ideas?
Same bug here. I can’t use my raven druid because of this 
I’m having this same issue, are there any solutions? And how are there no GMs to fix things like this?
