Hello Blizzard Support Team,
I am playing Diablo IV Season 10 (Season of the Infernal Hordes) on PlayStation.
I have completed the “Sands of Chaos” questline and multiple Infernal Hordes runs (up to Wave 10 on Torment IV, Tier 80), but no Runes have dropped — not even the Rune of Ritual.
It seems that the Infernal Hordes flag did not register properly for my seasonal character, as I’ve seen other players getting Runes normally.
Could you please perform a Rune Flag Reset for my account/character so that the Rune system can activate correctly?
