I rushed my Barb to 70 using caches and got a few tempering scrolls in the beginning but they have stopped dropping for me completely.
I asked AI for help about it and it suggested creating another Barb alt character and try doing tree of whispers etc to get them to drop but I have literally not found one through my 20+ levels.
It is impacting the build progress on my higher level Barb and I cant figure out why.
Anyone know a fix?
