I think this item should drop everywhere because I dislike Infernal Hordes.

Thank you for this attention to this matter.

I would also accept removal of Temper Ancestral buffs so I don’t waste 100 on one item just to do more infernal hordes and fail it 4 more times.
One thing else is after upgrading a tempered piece of gear, going to temper again resulted in the stats pre upgrade. so for example, 40% - 65% upgraded is about 70% - 115% or something and after I tempered they reverted to the original 40% - 65% numbers.
After that I disliked Infernal Hordes even more.

Damn, is that hard to get the perfect temper, now that its virtually infinite rolls???

It isn’t. Most things I temper roll a GA Temper within 10-20 rolls. Sometimes it’s worse, but rarely.

Friend, you can get them in other places, just not as easy.
