i think i had a Bug ?
i alqays thought, that the Scoll is using when u face a disconnect ?
before S1 i had some DC and i was safe thanks to the Scroll.
Now i had the same, but this time my char died. I had some scrolls, was in a dungeon. D4 Crashed. I was like, well good, have some scrolls.
Logged in and nope… dead xD
did i just had some luck before S1 ? or isnt it working anymore ?
I read smth about that “feature” will come with Season 3 lol.
Other Question, can i see what crashed my D4 ?
would be nice to know whats the Problem, my friend NEVER has crashes.
They also bugged the horse, if you mount up in town you have to dismount outside before you’re allowed to sprint lol. I bet you the Scroll of Escape now no longer working relates to Blizzard unnecessarily messing around with the leave dungeon cast time they probably broke the disconnect save mechanic
Not sure if this will work anymore, but this was posted during the beta tests.
Again may or may not work, it could be a bug, it could also be that your character was CC’d shortly after you disconnected, and while CC’d the game code kicked in to use the teleport scroll, but instead failed to do so because you were CC’d? I don’t know how the scroll works if you can even use it while CC’d. Would be my best guess. Or it just bugged and you got killed.
