I have the expansion. It will kick me out and say I’ve reached max trial level. I’ve lost levels and items because of it. Please fix this.

I am experiencing the same problem on Xbox Series X. The difference is that I don’t see any message and it doesn’t kick me out. It just caps my level and won’t let me progress. This has happened twice in the last hour or so and I’ve lost almost 2 levels worth of progress because of it. When I notice my level capped, leave and come back, I lose all progress since it decided to make mine a trial version for no reason.
Had same issue last night, with the new season first at level 22. Level bar stopped moving then it stated something about a free trail. Logged out of game, game back and and the exp bar dropped backwards by 60% it temporarily fixed it till I level 25 and it did it again. I think I went through 6 exp potions, which are good for 30 min @ 5%. I was playing on the 3rd hardest, expert I think. Anyway I should have been about level 45 to 50 at this point. Does Blizzard even read these threads? Or is this just a place to complain about issues.
I was hoping they did because the technical support sent me here. Anyway we can open a ticket?
