is there actually anyone that has the armor and mount or is this something that is an universal plague
nope, don’t have mount or mount armor. completed all the journey’s too.
Same problem on PC. Claimed it but no reward.
Mega sad. didn’t get the armor for chapter 3, even though it’s “claimed” and just finished chapter 5 only to not get the mount as well. With this amazing reward scheme, I’m glad I didn’t buy the premium pass. Can’t even give me the free stuff correctly?
Any response from blizzard on this or are they just trolling us at this point?
Do not count on any response from Blizzard they do not communicate unless they start loosing money.

PS5 here and it (mount) isn’t showing up for me either. Haven’t made it to the barding yet but it likely wont work either considering. I tried relogging and no dice.

Where’s my mount? You’re breaking the immersion. Same Bug looks like some days later. I just figured it was a log out and when I log back in it would be there like a nice warm fresh baked cookie. But all I got was schwazzz. All your Mothers are extremely disappointed right now. So I’m getting meatloaf tonight.

Same here, just completed the Tier , clicked on Claim and no Salmagundi mount.
