Isn’t Tal Rasha 4 seconds? Seems like the window while annoying is not an obstical to being useable. Esepcially not in the fact of what seems to be a very annoying kiss/curse design philosophy returning of time windows to use the bonus like they have just implemented on Expectant Aspect, Ring of Red Furor etc.
