I am unable to open runes caches which state I must “complete the Fundament of Faith campaign quest to unlock” even though this is a seasonal character that I have chosen to skip the campaign with when started. I have previously completed this campaign quest with other characters in the past.
I hit level 20 and can open them, I think it’s because they contain runes and you can’t use them till then
