I just found out about this bug on these corpsefiends, if your inital twisting blade damage kills them, the twisting blades won’t return to you.
I’m guessing it’s something with them exploding and it could be present on more enemies like those spider hosts but i haven’t tested it.

This is happening to me right now. I’m fairly sure I’ve had it happen on different mobs as well, but the only ones I can reproduce it on consistently are spider hosts.
Blade doesn’t return, so we miss out on more than half the damage of the ability and get no CDR.
Yes, I’m pretty sure it happens on any enemy with an on-death abiltity. Fly dispensers, Spider hosts, and bloated corpsefiends.
Annoying when you sit there in the middle of a bunch of mobs, waiting for your blades to return.
This is still happening, btw. Has there been any update to this?
