Why does my Rogue not spend energy, although I use Scoundrals Leathers and Beastful Boots??
My enegy bar is always on 100%
Does anyone have the same problem?
energy is spent but is instantly restored by Aftermath pasive. watch the Banished Lord amulet tooltip on the bar, you will see counting the energy spent till 275.

This, as long as you have your aftermath at 7 or higher, you should instantly refund all energy spent, so it doesn’t budge. What you should be paying attention to is the status indicator for your banished lord’s talisman. As long at that is constantly reading 275 so you overpower you next attack, you are good.
Energy is spent, its just restored quickly based on your gear.
Also depends on which skills you are using. Dance of Knives, for instance, doesn’t consume energy.
Same with my Sorc if i have starless skies and everything working to make sure i can spam spending. I will never see that mana pool dip at all. If you have your build correctly done, not seeing energy/mana/fury spent is a good thing.
