Dear Diablo creators,
I would like to extend my gratitude for your dedicated efforts in developing the game. While I acknowledge the effort put into it, there are certain aspects that have left me and others dissatisfied. It would be highly beneficial if you could promptly address the concerns raised by the community. It is crucial to understand that some individuals, myself included, may not be willing to wait indefinitely for improvements and might consider exploring alternative options. Your swift response would greatly influence our decisions.
Thank you,

Patience is virtue. They can’t fix everything in one day. Hell not even in a year.
They can fix 1 thing per day. I think that would be a start. If they improve the game 1% every day, the game will be 365% better by next year.
Maybe the game was not ready for release then…

They may honestly be fixing 1 thing per day, but waiting to release them in a release. That’s how I would argue most development is done. I know that’s how it’s done where I work.
That being said, this was a very well worded message to get your point across. Bravo.
They will probably push out a big patch with more than one fix/improvement. I’d expect it probably around a week before seson 1.
They have done nothing but nerf, how about buffing. Or some QOL improvements the stash is a joke no thought was put into that at all no way to search or organize and good luck making multiple toons.

That would be considered too late. I work for a startup. If we release a product with this many issues we expect to be DOA.
It is quite frankly unacceptable.
10 Character Slots. 4 Stash tabs.
Diablo 4 out of 10.
You have to take into consideration that for the average gamer that’s more than enough. The target audience for the game are gamer dads who get an hour or two a night, which means those 10 slots and 4 stash tabs are more than enough.
Do I expect more in the future? Yes, because there will be a % of the player base that are more hardcore than the casual gamer dad. As far as I know, the devs are working on a big patch which will probably come just before season 1 which isn’t very far away anyway.
Hi there, Fellow gamer dad here. It is not enough.
I agree but I trust the devs will come up with a way to balance that out. Free track BP achievement is my guess.
I can’t see that being a viable solution to their lack of communication or lack of positive updates to the community.
That will be too little too late.
The remaining community will be but a fraction of its potential.
They are taking money out of their own pockets.
Nice, same but for the vast majority it will be.
I don’t think that is true. Check metacritic user reviews across platforms.
The paid “Critic” reviews are good (obviously) But user reviews are very very bad.
Luckily Blizz is not a start up company. Also since launch they released 9 small patches, and there are more to come. Big patches usualy come with sesons, improvements with expacs. They geather up the bigger issues and put fixes in a big patch.
Agreed. Look at the solid 5/10 game we got after a decade.
That means at least 2-3 more years to get it up to a 7.5 or 8/10.
Game is in developement for 10 years and they had 3 betas. No excuses.

I expect an expansion reveal in November on Blizzcon.
Praise the 9 nerfs, they made the game worse but that does not keep us from calling it a positive.
D3 became better after RoS, and improved over time with sesonal patches. This is how they roll these days.
