Restart a bunch of times code 397006 network settings nothing on it all friends are playing

Simple google search produced a blizz thread that even has a blue response in it:

Hi, after the login timer, I keep getting “There was a problem reaching the game network. Please check your network settings. (Code 397006).” I have no issues with other games or internet. Any ideas?

Don’t disable your firewall. Scroll down further for specific ports.
